Kalil Mitchell

Kalil Mitchell explores themes of interconnection, transformation, and impermanence through abstract painting. hovering between revelation and concealment, her compositions investigate the relationships among color, shape, and space, creating dynamic visual systems that simultaneously establish and dissolve structure.

Mitchell earned a B.F.A. from San Jose State University and an M.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Here, work has been widely exhibited across the country.
